North Korea Returns to Racist Rhetoric By Calling President Obama a “Monkey”

This is nothing new and par for the course in regards to provocative bluster from the North Koreans, however it still isn’t right:

nk flag

On Saturday, the North’s powerful National Defense Commission, the country’s top governing body led by Kim, said that Obama was behind the release of “The Interview.” It described the movie as illegal, dishonest and reactionary.

“Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest,” an unidentified spokesman at the commission’s Policy Department said in a statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency.

It wasn’t the first time North Korea has used crude insults against Obama and other top U.S. and South Korean officials. Earlier this year, the North called U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry a wolf with a “hideous” lantern jaw and South Korean President Park Geun-hye a prostitute. In May, the North’s news agency published a dispatch saying Obama has the “shape of a monkey.”

The defense commission also accused Washington for intermittent outages of North Korea websites this week, which happened after the U.S. had promised to respond to the Sony hack. The U.S. government has declined to say if it was behind the shutdown.  [Associated Press]

You can read more at the link, but President Obama actually got off pretty light compared to the ambassador of Botswana of all places that the North Koreans called a “black bastard”.

Yeah but didn’t you hear that “The Interview was racist” ⊙_◎ and Koreans from both north and south think so, so there. Now, they can come together and unite once and for all in a pure-blooded frenzy to take over the world #1. Yankees Go Home!

There’s a highly thought provoking discussion on why calling Obama (or comparing Obama to) a monkey is racist but all those people doing it back when Bush W. was in office wasn’t. The discussion of course is being held on Mensa’s unofficial think tank known as Yahoo! Answers:
https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140809132919AA1tWQi

Where one person has answered:
“I haven’t seen anybody doing that.”

Really dude? Really…

When you call the thin kid fat, he just laughs at you.

Maybe this whole monkey thing is a problem because… well… uh… Obama does… kinda… look… like… a monkey.

But if this is a skin color thing, there ARE white monkeys…

…although they look more Jewish.

None the less. There is no need to get racially uptight… as black and white children are the same.

There I fixed it for you Leon!

North Korea has to be blunt about racism cause they don’t have much of a chance to do the things Americans do in America.
https://www.yahoo.com/parenting/7-things-i-can-do-that-my-black-son-cant-99408985077.html
1. I Can Walk Through a Store Without Being Followed
To take one high-profile instance, Macy’s and the city of New York recently settled with actor Robert Brown, who was handcuffed, humiliated, and accused of committing credit card fraud after buying an expensive watch at the store.

I never have to worry about this happening to me.

2. I Can Succeed Without It Being Attributed to My Race
When my wife, who is black, received her acceptance letter from Boston College, a peer told her she must have gotten in due to affirmative action, effectively ruining the experience of receiving the letter.

When I succeed, people assume I’ve earned it.

3. I Learned About My Ancestors’ History in School
I can tell you all about Louis XIV, Socrates, and the Magna Carta, but I always wondered when we would finally learn about African history (beyond Pharaohs and pyramids). The subject never came up.
4. I Can Lose My Temper in Traffic
5. I Can Loiter in Wealthy Neighborhoods
6. I Can Complain About Racism
When I point out that black people are incarcerated at alarming rates, or largely forced to send their children to underperforming schools, or face systemic discrimination when searching for jobs and housing, no one accuses me of “playing the race card.”
7. I Can Count on Being Met on My Own Terms
If I’m being treated poorly, I don’t stop and think about whether it’s due to my race. But unless we somehow make a giant leap forward, my son will always have to wonder.”

You busted me, Tbone.

I do, in fact, love me some of that Wang Dang Sweet Poontang.

What do you seek?

…and while we are on the subject of fixing things… let me fix some for you.

1. I Can Walk Through a Store Without Being Followed

…as long as I am not dressed like a scumbag, acting shady, or displaying the known signs of a shoplifter… as, believe it or not, loss prevention training has more depth than skin color.

2. I Can Succeed Without It Being Attributed to My Race

…because without white Affirmative Action, everyone knows any success I have is based on merit alone.

3. I Learned About My Ancestors’ History in School

…because the great cultural, scientific, and philosophical accomplishments that came out of black Africa are… are… are… are… (still waiting).

4. I Can Lose My Temper in Traffic

…except I can’t… especially to a black or, worse, a Mexican.

5. I Can Loiter in Wealthy Neighborhoods

…unless I dress like a thug or display behavior consistent with observing a location for future criminal activity… in which case the cops will be on my azz, too.

6. I Can Complain About Racism

…but if I do, I will be called a racist no matter how valid my complaint… while non-whites can manufacture fake racism on the flimsiest of pretexts and be championed for it.

7. I Can Count on Being Met on My Own Terms

…because white people are never treated poorly due to appearance, attitude, or behavior.

There you go, Tbone, I fixed all that.

Blaming racism for personal failure is an easy way to avoid admitting flaws and mistakes to oneself. White people don’t get that luxury…

…which brings up the question…

…what do YOU blame for your life of failure?

(other than Koreans)

Ohh… a list eh? Lemme in on this jug.

1. As someone who used to work in a small store (no not as a rent-a-cop) I’ll tell you this, it’s more about being young and male than it is about being black. Guys are stupid, young ones even more so that’s who you keep an eye on for the 5-finger’ing.

2. This is a stupid statement and completely unquantifiable. You’re making an assumption on how many other people are assuming. We all know the golden rule on assuming.

3. In school? What school? Up until college you should’ve had American History and World History with more detail on America. When you get to college you’re free to sign up for a class that’s specific in the region you want to learn about. By the way you know your black son CAN do that we couldn’t as children? He can take his a55 on over to the internet and access an endless amount of information from tons of sources on his ancestors.

4. I don’t get this, anyone can lose their temper, it’s what you do after you lose it that matters and pretty much everyone looks like the a-hole if they get out of their car because no one except you was probably paying attention to whatever made you lose your temper and you’ll be given the “road rage” tag.

5. Why are you loitering anywhere? Go look up what loiter means, there’s really only a couple acceptable places to loiter and that’s a public park or beach.

6. Uh technically you can but unless you’re not a white male get ready to be hammered for it. The link about Bush being compared to a monkey I posted above is an example of it.

7. Again with the assuming about assuming? Unless you’re psychic you have no way to prove this.

While CH did a good job on a closing statement I’ll add that racism was a huge obstacle towards progress in America and it still is but it’s shrunken greatly and is either matched or surpassed by the obstacle of assumed racism. This is part of the holy trinity of what’s f’ing up the USA: Assumed Racism, Proxy Offensiveness, and Religion.

Thank you and good night… err afternoon.

Very true but you can easily see the Christian right making such statements. Just check the comments section of any article linked from Drudge Report. Also, they will find a way to express the Obama Obsession Disorder (OOD) on totally unrelated items (I demonstrate it here from time to time). Real example from today:

“Blaming racism for personal failure is an easy way to avoid admitting flaws and mistakes to oneself. White people don’t get that luxury…”

So who do foreigners “with Korean citizenship” and half blood Koreans in Korea get to blame for their personal failures?

We know it can’t be pure blood Koreans, so it must be white Americans only, or the Japanese.

Personally I blame those non ESL people in Korea that wouldn’t be with a girl, married, or have even gotten laid had they not come to Korea and kidnapped one of THEIR women.

Again, Asians can’t even dream about forming a European Union type thing (not that it would be a good idea) for the simple fact that yellow people are simply too racist toward not only non yellow people, but to other yellow people in general.

Think about it. They go on about how their cultures are 1000s of years older than Western cultures, yet despite having the same skin color can’t even create something like an EU after 1000s and 1000’s of years. Why Tom?

White people not racism are to blame for the lack of cooperation, ask Tom

Tbone, what exactly did you fix?

Korean-Americans don’t study their ancestors’ history in American school either.

Was that your point? Did you have a point?

…but, to answer your question…

Before you start yapping too loudly about Korea’s lack of global contributions, you might do a quick Google search and check Korea’s global rank in number of research papers published internationally… and, more importantly, Korea’s rank in number of research papers cited.

You might also check Korean’s rankings in exports for various industries and see if those exports have had any economic influence in the world. You might consider if Korean products have had any global cultural influence, as well. You could google “Korean Wave”.

So now your wait is over.

tbonetylr

Was that your point?

Just checking to see whether you’d defend Korea, and my guess was correct⌒▽⌒. Nonetheless your defense isn’t very timely because the father in the article didn’t refer to modern history which at least S. Korea can’t get a grasp on and S. Korea’s global ranking, research/international publications wouldn’t have ever existed without the hand of America.

3. I Learned About My Ancestors’ History in School
I can tell you all about Louis XIV, Socrates, and the Magna Carta, but I always wondered when we would finally learn about African history (beyond Pharaohs and pyramids). The subject never came up.

You got me, Tbone.

I defended Korea… because… well… you claimed fantasy and I stated reality.

Since Korea exists in reality and not in your fantasy, it was defended by default.

As you again brought up “I Learned About My Ancestors’ History in School”, I will very simply ask what you would consider to be study-worthy African equivalents of the given examples, Louis XIV, Socrates, and the Magna Carta.

Further, if you were given the power to adjust American school curriculum to include African history, what would would be your topics of choice?

I expect a thoughtful answer to this question.

tbonetylr

“you claimed fantasy”

And what was that?

“I Learned About My Ancestors’ History in School”

You’re quoting # 3 in a list of 7 while it wasn’t me that said it, perhaps you should leave a comment at the link to ask the father and be sure to ignore the “Louis XIV, Socrates, and the Magna Carta” periods in history just to tell him how great S. Korea is ̄~ ̄ .

“because the great cultural, scientific, and philosophical accomplishments that came out of black Africa are… are… are… are… (still waiting).”

But to defend the father for a moment I must say that for you to pretend that there hasn’t been any cultural etc…accomplishments out of Africa shows you’re a DoubleDbag.

Tom,
Can’t you read and/or understand English? I already found(but you have to actually click on the link and listen/understand/comprehend for about 5 minutes) the American flag designed by a black man which chicken/snake/EGGHEAD pays allegiance to while holding his hand at his heartless.

And most of “contributions” are closer to the time period in history previously mentioned by the father in the article though chicken/snake/EGGHEAD wanted to pull the bait/switch years in S. Korea modern history.

Here you go(again) simpleton,

Tbone… honestly… WTF is wrong with you?

Are you so perversly racist that you somehow attribute the accomplishments of Americans who happen to be black to sub-Saharan Africa simply due to skin color?

We are still waiting for your list of African contributions to the world.

We are also waiting for what aspects of African history you think should be taught in American schools.

I should add that Louis Farrakhan, while a beautiful speaker, is not really a trusted source of information.

His very weasely way of hinting that maybe a black man designed the American flag doesn’t quite meet any burden of proof… and was not even a direct claim.

Further, his list of black inventions is rather suspect… as one would think somebody else would have brought all this up after a few decades of trying to fluff up content for Black History Month…

…which the dumbazz who made the list completely ignored… as he was looking for a problem rather than a solution.

Some more info on that video Tbone linked to:
Claim: Granville Woods invented the electric railway system.
Reality: Charles Joseph Van Depoele invented that; Woods designed improvements to Depoele’s existing tech.
Smokes concludes: This means Woods while still a credit to humanity is not the inventor of said item.

Claim: It was a black man who developed the subway.
Reality: The first partially underground mass transit system was the Metropolitan Railway in London to whom the majority of the credit goes to Charles Pearson. The fully underground and ill-fated NYC Beach Pneumatic Transit was designed by Alfred Ely Beach.
Smokes concludes: None of those guys are black sooo no.

Claim: Eli Whitney based his Cotton Gin off a “comb-like instrument” a slave invented.
Reality: Combing cotton can be traced back to 5th century India where they used something like this:
http://www.historyforkids.org/learn/clothing/pictures/churka.jpg
Whitney patented this:
http://www.sussexvt.k12.de.us/science/The%20History%20of%20the%20World%201500-1899/Eli%20Whitney%20Invents%20the%20Cotton%20Gin_files/image005.gif
Finally here’s a comb-like instrument people used to use on flax which is probably what the slave was using:
http://possumjimandelizabeth.com/adjusted_images/flax_tool_ripple_sm.jpg
Smokes concludes: Cotton gin and comb-like instrument are not the same thing.

Video is too long to write about everything PoopMouthkhan claimed.

Here’s the thing T-bone, only a retard would claim blacks in America haven’t contributed and I have only to go over to my bookshelf and gaze upon my George Washington Carver science fair medal to remind myself if need be (which is never) but only a bigger retard would try and use a f**king Farraklown video as proof of anything other than what a clown Farraklown is. F that guy, when he dies the world will be a better place.

In any case CH is right, Tom’s question was what have Africans contributed not what have black Americans.
