Virtue-signalling is apparently the in-thing. He (pardon me assuming a gender) went to the gym and then called the cops on people for doing something that made him feel bad.
Because the cops in Seoul have nothing better to do than interfere in waygook vs. woke waygook debates.
Rashid should try to find some friends. Or a puppy.
There are con-artists and panhandlers in every town big enough for a paved road. And many without. Seoul will never be free of them.
Or people like Rashid.
