Damn dirty cultural appropriators…..wait, what, the Koreans are selling the Hanbok “experience” to foreigners. 😛
I’m more interested in seeing the photo of the pervy Ajeoshi that took the photo above. Drool slathering down his chin and saying in broken English “No, that strap hanging down isn’t supposed to be tied around, it’s normal for your jublies to be all hanging out like that! Don’t look at that girl next to you she’s doing it wrong.”
Koreans are proud of their culture… and see “appropriation” as an honor when someone cares enough to wear hanbok.
…but wear a weave or a sombrero and people scream bloody murder.
I guess Korea built a successful modern culture so they have the luxury of sharing their culture.
For the broken cultures that wear weaves and sombreros, it’s all they have, poor things.
Maybe they should be concerned with issies other than hording weaves and sombreros.
