Let’s only talk about the downsides of people owning guns.
I’m in no qualified position to say what’s causing what but I do know a long time ago I got completely sick of video games that had to do with shooting a gun. There are so many various things to base a game on but too many developers/producers go for the “sure thing” and you get yet another 1st-person where you spend all your time looking at an arm holding a gun.
Korea has no room to judge. A Korean is more likely to die by his own hand (suicide) then a young black male is to be a victim of homicide in Chicago.

Wait. You mean feeding a kid drugs, telling him he’s a worthless (because male) random mutation (evolution), keeping him unemployed (illegals now mowing lawns, delivering newspapers, washing cars, and flipping burgers), and desensitizing him to death with abortion, videogames, and constant blathering about war might program him to do evil?
What about his parents? Oh. Right. Adopted by seniors who died too soon. Well, what about the government? Oh. Expelled him from school and refused to arrest him because of his last name. FBI even violated their own rules to ignore him.
