I hate to say this, but every time I see a pic of Naval officers, I wonder if they were somehow part of the Fat Leonard Conspiracy!

Just imagine if officers were punished proportionately to their crimes using how enlisted get punished as a baseline. They might actually stop pulling massive 5h1t like that. šŸ˜‰
