Korea has a history of corruption, the Koreans have a proplem with power and money. They love both too much.
The key seems to be “Do something!” instead of “Do What’s Right!”… 🙁
The Koreans could always just legalize corruption like in the US where lobbyists and special interests funnel money into campaign coffers for perceived favors and then reward politicians after they finish their terms with paid speeches.
