Please. I read an article in China Daily that said that if China put pressure on North Korea, it would destabilize the region, which would work against the interests of the ROK and the US. The same article talked about NK obtaining nukes even with all of the sanctions that had been put in place. The article neglected to mention that it is China’s patronage that allows the regime to accomplish the things that it does.
