As there is always the first sensationalized story but seldom a well-publicidezed update if it does not fit the preconceived narrative, here is the latest on the 12 year-old gentle giant aspiring rapper who was just turning his life around by playfully waving a realistic looking gun at people.

It is likely anybody with law enforcement experience, or common sense, saw this coming.

It is not getting big publicity… much like Michael Brown’s bullet wounds clearly show his hands were outstretched rather than up… leaving the Black Grievance Industry to still believe their fictional account… which the media encourages.

Google for the full story…

“COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A white Cleveland police officer was justified in fatally shooting a black 12-year-old boy holding a pellet gun moments after pulling up beside him, according to two outside reviews conducted at the request of the prosecutor investigating the death.

A retired FBI agent and a Denver prosecutor both found the rookie patrolman who shot Tamir Rice exercised a reasonable use of force because he had reason to perceive the boy — described in a 911 call as man waving and pointing a gun — as a serious threat.”

Bowe Bergdahl is innocent of desertion and won’t get jail time. 😎
Bowe Bergdahl’s lawyer says the Army recommends no jail time, but rather a lower-level court martial.
http://news.yahoo.com/army-officer-recommends-no-jail-time-sgt-bergdahl-185510611.html
“Defense attorney Eugene Fidell said Lt. Col. Mark Visger has decided Bergdahl’s case should go to a military system similar to civilian courts that handle misdemeanor charges. It limits the maximum punishment to reduction of rank, a bad conduct discharge and a short jail term, though that isn’t being sought, Fidell said.

Military prosecutors charged Bergdahl in March with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, a charge that could carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.”

Ex-Staffer Says Benghazi Committee Politically Motivated
A former military staffer with the House panel investigating Benghazi!! says the purpose of the committee is to target Hillary Clinton. Hmmm, just like GOPer Kevin McCarthy.
Note from Dave “Doctor Gonzo: As if Republicans in the House don’t have enough headaches. Trey Gowdy’s goose, if not cooked, is well past the marinading phase. It might be worth watching the entire interview on CNN’s State of the Union.
http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/10/politics/benghazi-committee-investigation-political-hillary-clinton-brad-podliska-lawsuit/
“Major Bradley Podliska, an intelligence officer in the Air Force Reserve who describes himself as a conservative Republican, told CNN that the committee trained its sights almost exclusively on Clinton after the revelation last March that she used a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. That new focus flipped a broad-based probe of the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, into what Podliska described as “a partisan investigation.”
Podliska, who was fired after nearly 10 months as an investigator for the Republican majority, is now preparing to file a lawsuit against the select committee next month, alleging that he lost his job in part because he resisted pressure to focus his investigative efforts solely on the State Department and Clinton’s role surrounding the Benghazi attack. He also alleges he was fired because he took leave from the committee to fulfill his military service obligations, which would be an unlawful firing.
“I knew that we needed to get to the truth to the victims’ families. And the victims’ families, they deserve the truth — whether or not Hillary Clinton was involved, whether or not other individuals were involved,” he told CNN in an exclusive TV interview that will air Sunday on “State of the Union.” “The victims’ families are not going to get the truth and that’s the most unfortunate thing about this.”
Podliska told CNN that the committee, which has spent $4.6 million so far and is chaired by Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-South Carolina, pulled resources away from probes of other individuals and agencies to focus almost exclusively on Clinton and the State Department she helmed for four years.”

This is the Guy Out To Get Kevin McCarthy?

I had never heard of Steven Baer. Now I know a lot about him, including how he routinely uses email to goad donors and politicians even more to the extreme right than they already are.

Think of him as the Andrew Breitbart of the 90s who made money and isn’t afraid to throw it around.
Baer is also a forced birth-extremist who uses email as a weapon to further his own objectives.

http://rhrealitycheck.org/article/2015/10/09/kevin-mccarthy-smear-campaign-engineered-anti-abortion-zealot-steven-baer/
“Abortion is the centerpiece of Baer’s political zeitgeist. He uses the debt ceiling and budget initiatives as his hammer, but his goal is to ban abortion forever. In 2014, he sent a mailing to church pastors, rabbis, and leaders promising them donations in exchange for distribution of voter guides targeting all candidates who supported any abortions, including those sought in cases of rape and incest. And as he stated in his four-page pitch, he has no problem taking down Republicans who finance “baby-killing”:

It’s long but READ the REST… ❗

I thought I’d add this about the election fraud Steven Baer…

“According to the Chicago Tribune, Baer left the United Republican Fund in a financial shambles after his failed bid for the gubernatorial nomination. He left politics for awhile, but came back in 1994 with a third-party bid, bankrolled primarily by Seid. They named their new party the Term Limits and Tax Limits Party, but were disqualified from the ballot because too many petition signatures could not be verified. Chicago Tribune writer Thomas Hardy went so far as to allege that the petition signatures were evidence of overt election fraud.”

End of article…

“Baer Won a Round. Now What?

Whatever the outcome of the speaker race, it’s fair to assume we are staring into the face of a government shutdown, which will come about as a result of conservatives’ claim that federal funding for Planned Parenthood pays for abortions. Worse yet, we have a renegade group of Republicans who are beholden to Baer and his donor friends who have no compunction about defaulting on the national debt rather than increasing the debt ceiling.

All of this, because one anti-abortion extremist worked behind the scenes to undo Kevin McCarthy’s bid for speaker. Whether McCarthy’s real sin was exposing the true motive behind the Benghazi committee or failing to dispel rumors of an affair with Rep. Renee Ellmers, who is also being primaried because she is now viewed as a “squish” over her refusal to vote for a 20-week abortion ban, Baer succeeded.

That success wasn’t enough for Baer, though. After Baer sent the first email with links to the Ellmers rumors, he sent a second email out to the same group. This one was more threatening than the first, because he clearly didn’t intend for McCarthy to only walk away from the speaker’s chair. This time, Baer wanted his congressional seat too.

The subject line read, “Kevin, why not resign like Bob Livingston?”

Steven Baer is not finished. Not by a long shot.”

Kevin McCarthy’s implosion signals a full-blown Republican Revolutionary Collapse

Should Obama and Biden be assassinated the third person in charge would be the Speaker of the House(GOPer), but since the GOP can’t agree on their Speaker of the House…they REALLY got BIG PROBLEMS(ask if this is news?).

Many here on RokDrop say…duh GOP and Dems are the same duh 😆 Ummm, the Dems ain’t about to collapse are they ❓

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2015/10/08/kevin-mccarthys-implosion-signals-that-republicans-have-a-revolution-on-their-hands/
“The tendency in the after-action reporting on McCarthy’s stunning collapse — and, make no mistake, it is stunning — will be to pinpoint a single reason for it. Among the popular ones: rumors of personal problems, an inability to win over the more conservative members of his conference, and his recent flub when talking about the Benghazi select committee.

But, those single-issue theories all miss the broader point here: There is a revolution happening within the Republican party right now. The establishment’s hold on power is more tenuous than it has been at any time in recent memory. There is no one currently in office that can claim with any credibility that he or she speaks “for” the party as a whole.”

EGGHEAD says…
“A retired FBI agent and a Denver prosecutor both found the rookie patrolman who shot Tamir Rice exercised a reasonable use of force because he had reason to perceive the boy — described in a 911 call as man waving and pointing a gun — as a serious threat.”

This is the response from the family of Tamir Rice
White Cop “Justified” In Killing 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice, Family Responds
http://www.sohh.com/white-cop-justified-in-killing-12-year-old-tamir-rice-family-responds/2/
Tamir’s family has since released a statement on the publicized situation.

“The Rice family and Clevelanders have always said that they want the officers who rushed upon and killed 12-year-old Tamir held accountable. The family now believes that the prosecutor’s office has been on an 11-month quest to avoid providing that accountability. Any presentation to a grand jury — without the prosecutor advocating for Tamir — is a charade. To get so-called experts to assist in the whitewash — when the world has the video of what happened — is all the more alarming. These supposed “experts” — all pro-police — dodge the simple fact that the officers rushed Tamir and shot him immediately without assessing the situation in the least. Reasonable jurors could find that conduct unreasonable. But they will never get the chance because the prosecutor is working diligently to ensure that there is no indictment and no accountability.” (Statement)

Following Rice’s death, hip-hop artist Jeezy spoke out on police brutality toward African Americans.

Jeezy, who visited Ferguson shortly after the shooting in August, issued a brief statement to MTV News, addressing the emotional events that unfolded this week. His message is as follows: “Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice and Akai Gurley all had their lives and dreams taken by the same people that pledged to uphold the community. This has to stop, may God be with Ferguson, and may our prayers be answered.” (MTV)

The horrific shooting too place November 22, 2014 outside of a recreational center.

Footage of the shooting was captured on a surveillance camera, and Tamir’s name quickly became among the most prominent in a series of black men and boys whose deaths at the hands of the police were memorialized in Twitter hashtags and protest chants. (NY Times)

Fiorina Poll Dive After Planned Parenthood Fiasco
http://www.mediaite.com/online/bye-carly-fiorina-loses-debate-bump-after-planned-parenthood-fiasco/
“…the video Fiorina referenced during the debate turned up, and it was not, in fact, a Planned Parenthood video, did not feature any hint of harvesting, and was probably of a miscarriage, not an abortion. Other than that, she was spot on.
That all happened on September 30, and in the first two polls taken in October, Fiorina is polling at 6%, down from the 12%-15% she enjoyed going into the month.

That could all be a coincidence, especially since facts don’t matter all that much to Republican voters, and since nothing much good happened for Fiorina after that debate. But that Planned Parenthood episode was especially embarrassing for Fiorina and the GOP, and beyond attacking Democratic strengths with women, Fiorina’s candidacy has little else to offer. Republican voters are almost certainly not angry that Fiorina lied about Planned Parenthood, they’re angry that she didn’t get away with it.”

Two more for end of time man Ben Carson
Carson: ‘We’re Getting Closer’ To The End Of Days
http://www.buzzfeed.com/ilanbenmeir/ben-carson-you-could-guess-that-were-getting-closer-to-the-e?utm_term=.yd1mzrDp7#.ms2yo9nKA
Carson made the comment in an interview with Sharyl Attkisson, when Attkisson asked for his “view on what’s happening around the globe and in the U.S., in terms of what’s in the Bible.”

“Do you think we’re at the End of Days?” Attkisson asked.

“You could guess that we are getting closer to that,” the retired neurosurgeon answered. “You do have people who have a belief system that sees this apocalyptic phenomenon occurring, and that they’re a part of it, and who would not hesitate to use nuclear weapons if they gain, possessing [sic] them.”

Carson Says He’d Put God At Center Of American Life
http://politics.blog.ajc.com/2015/10/11/in-gainesville-ben-carson-preaches-return-to-god-war-on-the-pc-police/
Carson told a packed Hall County megachurch this morning that he would bring God back to the forefront of American life, and he would go to war with the “PC police” to do it…

the primary message was tailored to a friendly church crowd, blending faith and patriotism:

“The pledge of allegiance to our flag says we are one nation under God. Many courtrooms in the land on the wall it says ‘In God We Trust.’ Every coin in our pocket, every bill in our wallet says ‘In God We Trust.’

“So if it’s in our founding documents, it’s in our pledges, in our courts and it’s on our money, but we’re not supposed to talk about it, what in the world is that? In medicine it’s called schizophrenia. And I, for one, am simply not willing to kick God to the curb.”

This ought to tick off the GOP and its religious ilk…but of course I think it’s(factual and reality education) a good thing.
California Schools Required to Teach Comprehensive SexEd in 2016
http://rhrealitycheck.org/article/2015/10/09/california-schools-required-teach-comprehensive-sex-ed-2016/
“…In fact, as RH Reality Check reported, one school district was sued for teaching an abstinence-only program that relied on an inaccurate textbook, a fear-based video, and speakers from a local crisis pregnancy center (CPC). The judge ruled that the district was not in compliance with state laws which, though they didn’t require schools to provide sex education, did require any education provided to be medically accurate and free of bias.

Educators and advocates in the state saw this as an example of how the laws that were in place were insufficient. “The previous law was important, but there were districts that were out of compliance with it. [The new law] takes us to a new level,” Phyllida Burlingame, reproductive justice policy director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California, told EdSource.

The new law spells out what young people across the state must learn and includes information about “sexual harassment, sexual assault, adolescent relationship abuse, intimate partner violence, and sex trafficking.” The law explains that the goal is to provide young people with “the knowledge and skills they need to develop healthy attitudes concerning adolescent growth and development, body image, gender, sexual orientation, relationships, marriage, and family.”

The law specifies that students engage in an “an objective discussion of all legally available pregnancy outcomes, including, but not limited to, parenting, adoption and abortion.”

Information provided must “affirmatively recognize that people have different sexual orientations and, when discussing or providing examples of relationships and couples, shall be inclusive of same-sex relationships.”

Black Neighborhoods have all the luck but even white people don’t go talking about how they’re being sued on Facebook aye? So only few know that there are twice as many lawsuits against black families than white families in the same income range.
The Color of Debt: How Collection Suits Squeeze Black Neighborhoods
Our first-of-its-kind analysis shows that the suits are far more common in black communities than white ones.
https://www.propublica.org/article/debt-collection-lawsuits-squeeze-black-neighborhoods
“The disparity was not merely because black families earn less than white families. Our analysis of five years of court judgments from three metropolitan areas — St. Louis, Chicago and Newark — showed that even accounting for income, the rate of judgments was twice as high in mostly black neighborhoods as it was in mostly white ones.

These findings could suggest racial bias by lenders or collectors. But we found that there is another explanation: That generations of discrimination have left black families with grossly fewer resources to draw on when they come under financial pressure.

Over the past year, ProPublica has investigated a little-known but pervasive shift in the way debt is collected in America: Companies now routinely use the courts to pursue millions of people over even small consumer debts. With the power granted by a court judgment, collectors can seize a chunk of a debtor’s pay. The highest rates of garnishment are among workers who earn between $25,000 and $40,000, but the numbers are nearly as high for those who earn even less.

Despite their prevalence, these suits remain remarkably hidden, even to people in the communities most burdened by them…”

“…Experts cite many reasons why blacks might face more lawsuits, foremost among them the immense gap in wealth between blacks and whites in the U.S. It’s a gap that extends back to the institution of slavery and, more recently, to 20th century policies that promoted white homeownership while restricting it for blacks.

Today, the typical black household has a net worth of $11,000, while that of a typical white household is $141,900. As a result, while the budget is often tight for any low- or middle-income household, black households are less likely to have resources to draw on when they need it…”

“…When MSD(Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District) sues, the debts can be quite small, even as little as $350. And the size of those debts may help explain why MSD files so many more suits in black neighborhoods.

ProPublica’s analysis of court data for Newark and Chicago found that the debts that led to suits in mostly black neighborhoods were, on average, about 20 to 25 percent smaller than the debts of residents of mostly white ones.

In the Newark area, for instance, when a company sued a resident of a middle-income white neighborhood, the average balance was $3,466; in a black neighborhood, the average was $2,628…”

“…In Three Cities, Collection Suits Cluster in Black Neighborhoods

ProPublica’s analysis found that majority black neighborhoods were hit twice as hard by the court judgments as majority white neighborhoods, even when adjusting for differences in income. Hover to see the correlation between court judgments and majority black neighborhoods…”

“…Debt buyers primarily buy defaulted credit card accounts, but the data shows that they routinely sue over smaller balances than banks do. In the Chicago and Newark areas, debt buyers filed suits with an average balance about 30 percent smaller than the average suit by a major bank.

Perhaps as a result, debt buyer lawsuits were far more numerous in black communities, ProPublica found. In Newark, for example, the rate of judgments was about twice as high among middle-income, mostly black neighborhoods than among the middle-income, mostly white ones…”

‘yougottabekiddin’ do you know GOP Rep. Sheila Butt?

https://www.opposingviews.com/i/politics/republican-lawmaker-attempts-cut-religion-world-history-curriculum-avoid-islam
“Lawmaker Trying To Ban Religious Studies So Children Don’t Learn About Islam
Tennessee state Rep. Sheila Butt wants to delay religious studies until at least the 10th grade.

“I think that probably the teaching that is going on right now in seventh, eighth grade is not age-appropriate,” Butt said. Students in Tennessee middle schools reportedly learn about world religions in history class, and the teachings include the Five Pillars of Islam.

While Butt didn’t specifically refer to Islam in her legislation, she remained insistent that students aren’t ready for religious studies before a certain age.

“They are not able to discern a lot of times whether it’s indoctrination or whether they’re learning about what a religion teaches,” she said.

Teachers and educational officials throughout the state disagreed with Butt’s legislation, including social studies teacher Kyle Alexander. Alexander argued that religious studies can provide historical context for young people.

“The reality is the Muslim world brought us algebra, ‘One Thousand and One Nights,’ and some can argue it helped bring about the Renaissance,” he said. “There is a lot of influence that that part of the world had on world history.”

Racists Furious That MLK Memorial Will Be Built At ‘Confederate Mount Rushmore’
http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/10/13/not-racists-furious-that-mlk-memorial-will-be-built-at-confederate-mount-rushmore-screenshots/
“At Stone Mountain Park in Georgia, which is the home of a giant carving of three so-called “heroes” of the Old South–Robert E. Lee, Jefferson Davis, and Stonewall Jackson–there will soon be a memorial to a true hero of the South, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. But from the furious reaction of some die-hard haters, you’d think someone had proposed scraping the mural off the side of Stone Mountain.

This addition of a bit of color to the mountain is quite fitting, given both the site’s obvious association with figures celebrated by racists (sorry, “not-racists”), and a less obvious reason — Stone Mountain is considered to be the birthplace of the modern Ku Klux Klan, which was revived during the civil rights movement of the 1960’s.

Ray McBerry, spokesman for the Georgia division of The Sons of Confederate Veterans, which is totally not a hate group at all, says that his group is not at all fond of the plan to honor black people at the nice, white, pristine bigot holy ground. According to Mr. McBerry, honoring anyone aside from heroes of the sedition fetishists’ approved list of white folk is a sin and is contrary to the purpose of the park: celebrating “Southern heritage,” a.k.a slavery and hate.

“It’s akin to the state flying a Confederate battle flag atop the King Center in Atlanta against the wishes of King supporters,” McBerry said in an effort to sound like he isn’t completely full of sh*t.

“This is an insult to us,” Tim Pilgrim, head of the organization, told the Journal-Constitution. “This is like the government going down to Auburn Avenue and putting a monument of Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson on top of the King monument.”

Tennessee schools are teaching Islam to 7th graders. It isn’t so alarming that Islam’s historic contributions would be taught in an historical context; however, I see no reason to include the five pillars of Islam in the discussion just as I don’t feel there is a need for schools to teach the Lord’s prayer or anything comparable in any other religion. Also, it has been said that the religion as a whole is whitewashed in the books. No mention of the atrocities committed in the name of contemporary Islam.

There is some watchdog organization that is investigating the curriculum and apparently the school systems are being instructed to stonewall their requests for information. When my children reach 7th grade I fully intend to get a copy of the religious studies portions of the textbook. Hopefully the curriculum will have been changed by then.

I had no interest in watching the Democrats debate. The snippet I caught was a couple of them debating gun control and who managed to infringe on the second amendment the most while still respecting “hunters’ rights.”

Funny that. The second amendment doesn’t really mention anything about hunting.

Also, if it was O’malley I heard trying to boast a record on gun control, all I need to do is look at Baltimore and see what O’malley has accomplished.

No liberals ever really have a good answer as to why cities that operate under their policies tend to be the worst cities in America.

Did anyone go after Hillary for her attempts to dodge the Freedom of Information Act? The solution to crushing her narrowing lead is fairly evident. All Sanders has to do is lay out the facts of her server fiasco and he would likely finish her off.

Badger Guns in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is one of the largest sellers of crime-linked guns, was found liable… 😆

The gun store was accused of encouraging an illegal straw purchase of the gun used in the crime. A straw purchase is when a gun is purchased in someone else’s name for another person who legally cannot own a gun.
Jurors in Milwaukee County found for the cops who filed the lawsuit, Officer Bryan Norberg and now-retired Officer Graham Kunisch, both of whom were shot in the face in the line of duty in 2009.”

Hillary Poised, Confident; Democrats Talk Issues, Unlike GOP
The Democratic debate featured a poised and confident Hillary Clinton and candidate who focused on issues rather than personality conflicts.
http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/13/politics/democratic-debate-updates/
Her confident demeanor on the debate stage in Las Vegas may also dampen speculation that there is a place in the race for Vice President Joe Biden, who is still agonizing over a decision about whether to mount a late presidential run…

Branding herself as a “progressive” who can get things done, Clinton also painted herself as the kind of candidate who could break the Washington gridlock that has some voters turning to outsider candidates in a tumultuous campaign season.

“I know how to stand my ground, and I know how to find common ground,” Clinton said.

While Clinton appeared to have made the biggest splash in the debate, it sometimes takes several days for voter perceptions to gel. And should Clinton win the nomination, her email situation, the controversy over Benghazi, and her role in some of the foreign policy missteps of the Obama administration will come under much more testing scrutiny from a Republican nominee than from her fellow Democratic candidates.”

Actually I was referring to them bragging about gun control legislation they have played a role in during their times in office. They can brag if they want but gun crime in liberal run cities is some of the worst in America. Think Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore. Tell me I’m wrong.

I heard a snippet of Hillary deflecting Anderson’s question about her server. She claims to want to stick to the issues, but in a presidential election dishonesty is a huge issue. The only thing transparent about her is her desire to avoid the Freedom of Information Act. It’s almost incomprehensible the lengths she went to just to avoid having her work emails read.

Add to that the fact that her team submitted the emails to the State Department in paper form which allows modification before printing and conveniently prevents digital forensics from being performed on them like could be done in digital form.

I am curious as to what the FBI has found in the deleted files on her server. I know most of you here already know this, but for everyone else’s benefit:

When you delete a file on your hard drive, it isn’t really deleted. It is flagged to be overwritten. With today’s large drives that could take months or years. In the meantime, anyone with some run of the mill software can easily recover the “deleted” files and look at the contents. The FBI assuredly has some of the best software that money can buy. Nevertheless, whoever she had wipe her server should have run a program that overwrites every sector of the hard drive with 1’s and 0’s multiple times to remove any data left behind.

There is some debate as to if data could still be recovered after that, but most IT guys would agree that once you overwrite the drive, say 5-10 times, there is no chance of recovering the data without using electron microscopes which takes a lot of money and time, and even then it isn’t likely.

Not to say the FBI doesn’t have some other methodology they are keeping secret, but the speed with which someone leaked that the investigation had recovered data after they obtained the server leads me to believe that the drive wasn’t properly wiped.

In which case she could have saved everyone a lot of trouble and released all her emails to the State Department for official review to begin with instead of having her staff hand pick what they deemed work-related.

Chickenhead I am sure can back me up on this or add some technical info about storage devices I may be unaware of.

Tbone, if you are still with me at this point think about this: Isn’t it quite possible and maybe even probable that Hillary Clinton doesn’t want anyone to see the deals she was making with foreign governments or corporations; that she was using her influence as Secretary of State to have the US lift trade embargoes or come down in favor of their business ventures in exchange for large donations to the Clinton Foundation or half a million dollar speaking engagements for Bill.

She could have just used a .gov address and avoided this whole mess. When she chose to conduct business on a personal server then for all intents and purposes that server became property of the US government. Her terrible judgment in putting state secrets on an easily hackable system is only one more reason she should never be President.

Overwriting the server storage as you stated is effective.

…yet for a properly-motivated investigator, it is an inconvenience rather than a barrier.

Emails coming into that server are cashed in any number of servers as they make their way across the intertubes.

Further, as documented numerous times over the last decade through such things as whistle blowers and revelations of “parallel construction”, the NSA appears to be collecting and storing much/most/all internet traffic. Clinton’s private server would be an obvious target of that effort… a very easy target… though perhaps not as easy as the official government system which seems to be constructed around NSA convenience.

Side note: There appears to me a large number of cases where public figures have taken action counter to their beliefs and records… on the thinnest of excuses for their change in thinking. It would take a lot of tinfoil to avoid speculating this isn’t based on blackmail from some NSA-linked shadow government with a more focused and expedient idea of American policy… at best… or the ultimate insider trader at worst.

Anyhoo…

Clinton is a conniving shrew with little concern for anything other than clawing out a place in history… and accumulating wealth, power, and influence along the way… seemingly for its own sake. She will say or do whatever insincere speaking or action is necessary to achieve her goals with no concern for longer-term outcomes or the good of others.

Moving on…

Gun stores which have a track record of selling to criminals should be stopped… as they are simply a form of war profiteer rather than some dogmatic defender of the Second Amendment worthy of NRA/public support…

…though the report on how many crime-linked guns they sell could very well be media hyperbole backed up by manufactured statistics to push a legal and ideological agenda.

So who knows the truth in this situation?

As usual, the focus is on guns and gun stores… with the NRA randomly thrown in to evoke guilt by association. Nobody seems concerned that the criminals exist, why they exist, or how to eradicate them. Gun crime is simply a minor symptom of a large social problem which would still exist even if the Gun Fairy wave its wand and they all vanished… and, judging by places in the world where the barbarians with nothing to lose quickly band together and make it miserable for the defenseless, the Gun Fairy would be doing America a disservice.

BTW, Tbone’s mother was (at least) once arrested. I wonder if he even knows. Eventually, I will find the charges. I’m giving it a 40/40/19 chance between drug possession, prostitution, or something else. The remaining 1% is for performing an unlicensed donkey show.

That’s a good point about the email servers between hers and the destination addresses. I have to think that would take a lot longer to track all the messages down, especially for a lot of the people she was emailing that weren’t using .gov accounts; foreign nationals, consultants, a lot of people on her staff.

Then again, like you said, the NSA has probably read everything already. If that were the case I see a couple of possibilities. Either they don’t want anyone to know that they have such far reaching capabilities or they actually want Clinton to be the candidate and eventually the President.

That also makes me wonder about Trump. Surely they have a pound or two of dirt on him. Things that he hasn’t already spoken about on the trail.

I don’t mind the lottery. The lottery tax people pay covers my son’s tuition, and they volunteer to pay it. Better than raising taxes on everyone, and better than paying back loans. And I never pay this tax, because I understand statistics well enough to know the odds of me winning after buying a ticket are pretty much the same if I don’t buy a ticket. Plus, I like the idea of TBone having to decide if he wants a ticket (which pays for my son to get a real education) or buy more paint and a new rag. Win-Win for me, Lose-lose for BONEHEAD.

I’d rather he go to college first, then possibly join the military than doing it the way I did: Join, serve on two ships with no chance of taking classes, then finally start college with 9-10 years already in.

3rd GOPer admits Admits Benghazi Committee An Effort To Get Hillary…Hey BubbleBoy, don’t you get it yet ❓
Now it’s upstate New York Congressman Richard Hanna who is admitting the Benghazi committee is more about Hillary Clinton than four dead Americans.

First it was GOPer and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy(see comments 6, 7, & 8), then it was (see comment # 5) “Major Bradley Podliska, an intelligence officer in the Air Force Reserve who describes himself as a conservative Republican said…”the committee trained its sights almost exclusively on Clinton”. And he should know since he was a former military staffer with the House panel investigating Benghazi. 😳

And now we have the 3rd GOPer admitting(telling the truth) it. OMG, how will this man be punished by the GOP for telling the truth ❓

Second Congressman Admits Benghazi Committee An Effort To Get Hillary
http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2015/10/14/3712578/richard-hanna-benghazi-clinton/
“Sometimes the biggest sin you can commit in D.C. is to tell the truth,” Hanna said in an interview on Keeler in the Morning, a radio show in upstate New York. The third-term congressman paused for a moment, perhaps recognizing the importance of what he was about to say, before going on to agree with McCarthy’s original statement.
“This may not be politically correct, but I think that there was a big part of this investigation that was designed to go after people and an individual, Hillary Clinton,” Hanna said.
He explained further why he believes the Benghazi Committee’s purpose has been in part to attack Clinton. “After what Kevin McCarthy said, it’s difficult to accept at least a part of it was not,” Hanna said. “I think that’s the way Washington works. But you’d like to expect more from a committee that’s spent millions of dollars and tons of time.”

Obama brings budget deficit down to 8-year low in 2015. The Dems, as of 2016 will have spent less GOPers did in their 8 years under George W. Bush.

U.S. Fiscal Year Budget Deficit Narrows to $439 Billion.
http://www.newsweek.com/us-budget-deficit-deficit-budget-deficit-us-budget-us-budget-congressional-383955
“Republicans want the budget negotiations to eliminate strict budget caps on defense programs, while Democrats want to kill the caps for defense and other domestic programs.

Congress also faces an impending debt ceiling deadline. The Treasury said earlier on Thursday that theU.S. government will exhaust its borrowing capacity no later than Nov. 3, two days earlier than its previous estimate.

Raising the debt limit is a controversial issue for conservative Republicans. They want to extract deep reductions in domestic spending over the long term before allowing an increase in government borrowing.

For September, the Treasury recorded a budget surplus of $91 billion, down from a $106 billion surplus a year ago. Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast a $95 billion surplus for last month.”

The others didn’t put classified information on a private server with no security. Also, she is the only one who conducted ALL government business on a personal email account. I am not opposed to the FBI investigating the others.

The FBI doesn’t start investigations at the whim of the republican party. The FBI falls under the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice is controlled by the president. The president is currently Obama. This investigation wouldn’t have proceeded without his or Loretta Lynch’s saying so. The republicans may be using the Benghazi hearing for political purposes, but that doesn’t mean Hillary is a victim.

If the FBI hadn’t started an investigation, it actually probably would be because she was being protected, but since the FBI is investigating under Obama’s administration that makes it bipartisan. The FBI is not controlled by the Republican party.

Also, the emails that are being released in batches by the State Department (under court order) have contained classified information, some of them “TOP SECRET.” That is putting national security at risk. One of her emails even mentioned the name of an intelligence asset. That’s how people get killed. How can you say she has done nothing wrong? Even if it was a negligent mistake it shows a terrible lack of judgement- the kind of judgement needed from a president.

The email hullabaloo came about from the Benghazi attack on Hillary(or was the GOP concern for four dead Americans?). If it was okay for Colon Powell, Jeb Bush, etc…it’s okay for Hillary. Walker Used Personal Email To Conduct State Business just like Colon Powell, Jeb Bush etc…

‘The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails’ Bernie Sanders

http://crooksandliars.com/2015/10/walker-used-personal-email-conduct-state
“During his very short-lived presidential campaign, Scott Walker repeatedly attacked Hillary Clinton for conducting government business through her personal email address. Given that there were tens of thousands of pages of emails showing that Walker did the same thing as Milwaukee County Executive, the hypocrisy was enough to make one’s hair hurt.

It turns out that even though Walker and his staff were under a criminal investigation for this, Walker continued to do it as governor.

In a rare moment of flagrant journalism, WKOW News did an open records request regarding the use of private emails to conduct state business. The records showed hundreds of personal emails were used. Their investigation also raised questions about how those emails were being handled:…

…It is also worth noting that Walker didn’t release those emails until well after he dropped out of the GOP presidential clown car. It should give one pause to wonder if money problems was the only or the real reason Walker dropped out of the race.”

George Bush saw 60 dead from American Embassy attacks ~ WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATION? WHERE WAS THE COMMITTEE?
Prior to Benghazi, were there 13 attacks on embassies and 60 deaths under President George W. Bush?
http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2014/may/12/john-garamendi/prior-benghazi-were-there-13-attacks-embassies-and/
“While Garamendi spoke of “embassies and consulates,” we found several U.S. diplomatic targets killed in the line of duty outside official compounds — such as in convoys or their homes — and we included them in our count. Once we cross-referenced the attacks in the article and those in the database, we narrowed down the total to 39 attacks or attempted attacks on U.S. embassies and embassy personnel.

Of these 39 attacks, 20 resulted in at least one fatality. (Our complete list is here.) This is higher than Garamendi’s claim, though if you only count attacks on embassy and consular property, there were 13.

Garamendi also understated the number of deaths. In the 20 incidents with at least one fatality, the total death toll was 87 — quite a few more than the 60 Garamendi cited. If you only count those at embassies and consulates proper, the number of deaths drops to 66.”

“Authorities say they arrested 62-year-old Wayne Simmons of Annapolis on Thursday and charged him with fraud against the U.S. and making false statements to the government.

An indictment states Simmons lied about having a 27-year career with the CIA as an “Outside Paramilitary Special Operations'” officer. The indictment alleges that Simmons made the claim as he sought security clearances and in seeking work as a defense contractor.

A web site registered to Wayne Simmons of Beltsville, Maryland, claims Simmons was recruited out of the U.S. Navy and “spearheaded deep cover intel ops against some of the world’s most dangerous drug cartels and arms smugglers from Central and South America and the Middle East.”

The site also claims Simmons was “one of the first outside Intelligence officers to visit GITMO.

As recently as April, Simmons was identified on air on Fox radio as a “Fox News contributor.” In a 2009 Fox News clip, he calls House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi “a pathological liar'” in a segment about CIA interrogation techniques.”

You are starting to catch on that this is not a Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative issue… this is a politician vs cutizen issue… where the ruling elite openly avoid laws intended to maintain responsible leadership through accountability.

It has become the expected practice.

Hillary simply took it too far… conducting all government business in secret to avoid scrutiny… then lying repeatedly to avoid further scrutiny.

There are a large number of public officials who need punishment ranging from tar and feathers to drawing and quartering… both in the interests of justice and to serve as a deterrent to others.

One may debate the level of punishment, based on damages, intent, or severity of offense, for Secretary of State and Milwaukee County Executive.

Three different intelligence agencies have concluded that top secret information was on the computer.

Perhaps it would have been hacked on a government email server, but then that would be on the federal government. As it stands, if any information was hacked from her personal email server then it would be completely on her. This is serious business. The intelligence asset providing information who she mentioned by name in unsecured communications could have been killed.

She made an effort to skirt Freedom of Information requirements. I can’t see why anyone would continue to support her. She shirked one of her fundamental responsibilities to the citizens of the United States.

If your only defense is that republicans did it too then you are basically saying she is as bad as them.

It’s not a dem vs. repub issue. They should all pay for what they have done. Her case may be more pressing since she is currently running for President.

It’s one thing to send the occasional “official” email through private channels and quite another to send each and every message this way. Obviously a holiday greeting is different from a document that contains security information.
So the “they did it too!” doesn’t fly unless they too sent official use only e mails through private channels, and there’s nothing as far as I know that would indicate they did. Not sure why they would, since they didn’t have to and also it would be easy since the complete record of everything sent out and in is right there on the account.

Benghazi Committee Creates ‘Gun And Wine Drinking Club’ – Brag About Their Glocks (VIDEO)
http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/10/13/benghazi-committee-creates-gun-and-wine-drinking-club-brag-about-their-glocks-video/
The Select Committee on Benghazi in the U.S. House of Representatives has come under intense scrutiny after Kevin Mccarthy openly bragged that Clinton’s poll numbers have taken a nosedive since they began investigating her.

In a new investigative report by the New York Times, it turns out that members of the committee have formed their own wine club, as well as a special “gun-buying club.” Given how they haven’t been able to find anything grossly incriminating on Hillary yet, here is what the members do on their free time, according to the report:
“With the slow progress, members have engaged in social activities like a wine club nicknamed “Wine Wednesdays,” drinking from glasses imprinted with the words “Glacial Pace,” a dig at Representative Elijah E. Cummings, Democrat of Maryland and the committee’s ranking member. Mr. Cummings used the term to question the speed of the committee’s work.

At one point, several Republican staff members formed a gun-buying club and discussed in the committee’s conference room the 9-millimeter Glock handguns they intended to buy and what type of monograms they would inscribe on them.”

While there are 5 Democrats on the committee, this evidence suggests that only Republicans were involved in these so-called “clubs.” It would be highly unlikely Democrats would participate with the majority of the Republican members of the committee, to make fun of a fellow Democrat.

So far, the committee has spent more than $4.5 million in taxpayer dollars and more than 17 months “investigating.” Put in perspective, this is even longer than the inquiry on Watergate. With Clinton scheduled to testify before the committee on Oct. 22, it appears the shift has focused from Benghazi to her emails. This is coming from multiple sources – interviews with current and former committee staff members as well as internal documents.

Bradley Podliska, a conservative Republican, was fired from the committee after criticizing a partisan “hyper-focus” on Hillary Clinton, rather than discovering the truth.

“I knew that we needed to get to the truth to the victims’ families. And the victims’ families, they deserve the truth — whether or not Hillary Clinton was involved, whether or not other individuals were involved. The victims’ families are not going to get the truth and that’s the most unfortunate thing about this.”

Perhaps just as embarrassing as the disgusting gun and wine clubs that are being brought to light, is the fact that they have conducted only one of a dozen interviews they were supposed to have. Also, they have held absolutely zero hearings, even though they initially talked about having nine of them. That’s probably because there was nothing to talk about. They really just want to grill Clinton when she appears next week, to further hurt her in the election. That’s what the evidence suggests, at least. With the Iowa caucus only a few months away, their timing couldn’t have been better.”

You mean to tell me that politicians are lazy and ineffective? Why, that’s just absurd!

The previous committees and hearings would have had a hard time getting to the bottom of things without having access to any official communications of the Secretary of State. Funny we only found out about it from the latest House Committee, and only after Gawker kept running into brick walls trying to use FOIA requests to gather public record emails and a Romanian hacker spilled the beans on Blumenthal’s emails which outed Hillary’s private network. It’s almost like both sides of the aisle didn’t want any of this found out.

You may want to wait on declaring her actions illegal. There’s still an ongoing FBI investigation. Even if it turns out nothing illegal took place, which is unlikely since some emails have already been deemed classified, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t dishonest and unbecoming of a Secretary of State and Presidential candidate.

CIA Debunks Gowdy’s Allegation That Clinton Email Contained Classified CIA Source

BubbleBoy Read this, your favorite stupid Benghazi committee/wine club/gun buying club and Chairman Trey Gowdy should just be sick on Thursday before they(GOP) all embarrass themselves.
http://democrats.benghazi.house.gov/news/press-releases/cia-debunks-gowdy-s-allegation-that-clinton-email-contained-classified-cia
Oct 18, 2015 | Press Release
Cummings Calls on Gowdy to Apologize to Clinton
WASHINGTON—Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Ranking Member of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, sent a letter to Chairman Trey Gowdy to correct the public record after the CIA debunked Chairman Gowdy’s accusation that Secretary Clinton sent an email containing “some of the most protected information in our intelligence community, the release of which could jeopardize not only national security but human lives.”

The full letter is online here and as follows:

Benghazi Chair Goofs And Reveals Same CIA Info He Accused Clinton Of Bungling
http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/trey-gowdy-cia-source-benghazi-committee

The chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Sunday accidentally leaked what he had characterized as classified information in a testy back-and-forth with the panel’s ranking Democrat, Politico reported.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) appeared to leak the name of a CIA source by accident while responding to a scathing letter from Rep. Elijah Cummings (R-MD). Cummings wrote Gowdy early Sunday demanding that he apologize to Hillary Clinton for falsely claiming she mishandled classified information by forwarding an email containing the CIA source’s name to an aide. His letter noted the CIA notified the select committee on Saturday that the email contained no information it deemed classified.

Yahoo News first noticed that the CIA source’s name, Mousa Kousa, appeared in a subject line but was redacted elsewhere in the full text of a March 2011 email between Clinton and her confidante Sidney Blumenthal that the chairman released on Sunday. By Monday morning, the document had been replaced with another in which Kousa’s name did not appear at all, according to Politico.”

Poor Trey Gowdy for he says he’s the victim. I’d bet that Hillary could kick his azz physically. What Gowdy doesn’t understand is the difference between the truth and “criticism.” It’s his fellow GOPers who have revealed that the Benghazi committee that is chairs is all about targeting the dems leading presidential candidate. Poor poor poor Trey Gowdy 😥

http://www.mediaite.com/online/gowdy-these-have-been-among-the-worst-weeks-of-my-life/
“I would say in some ways these have been among the worst weeks of my life,” he said. “Attacks on your character, attacks on your motives, are 1,000-times worse than anything you can do to anybody physically — at least it is for me.”

“The uptick in criticism is [happening] the two weeks before she’s coming,” said Gowdy. “I don’t think that that is a coincidence; it’s an attempt to marginalize and impugn the credibility of the panel that’s going to be asking her questions.”

If cops fear for their lives everyday then they shouldn’t be cops…”Ewww, I had to shoot the black teen with a toy gun within 2 seconds because I feared for my life” 😥
Guns have killed more preschoolers than police officers in the line of duty
http://www.businessinsider.com/guns-have-killed-more-preschoolers-than-police-officers-2015-10
“In America, more preschoolers are shot dead each year (82 in 2013) than police officers are in the line of duty (27 in 2013), according to figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the FBI.

What’s more is that 2013 wasn’t an outlier. From 1999 through 2013, preschoolers — children aged zero to 4 — have been killed by guns in greater numbers than police officers in the line of duty, with the exception of 2004, when the groups were tied at 58 deaths.

Children aged 5 to 9 also outnumber police officers for gun deaths for every year in that period.

Some might argue that police officers should be safer from gun violence because they carry firearms. It is difficult to estimate how many officer killings were prevented by an officer’s use of his or her firearm, but in the data we analyzed, nearly half of officers feloniously killed in the line of duty didn’t use their weapon at all.

In fact, 7.8% of officers feloniously killed by a firearm were killed with their own weapon.”

I don’t see why the CIA wouldn’t consider that classified information, but you are right. They don’t.

There are still some questions that an objective person would be asking about the Secretary of State receiving policy advice and intelligence from Sid Blumenthal. This is the same Blumenthal who was part of the Clinton machine for so many years, doing the dirty work and smear campaigns against political enemies and Bill’s sexual partners/victims alike. Also the same Blumenthal that Obama wouldn’t allow to be hired by Clinton’s State Department because he was engaged in smear tactics on Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign.

The most troubling part is that Blumenthal was part of a group that would benefit from U.S. intervention in Libya and was also advising Clinton under the radar. The question must be asked: Did we go to war in Libya because Sidney Blumenthal had Hillary’s ear?

I know war profiteering goes on on both sides of the aisle. It’s one thing for a company to make money off war, but another thing for the company to steer policy to make wars happen. It’s wrong no matter who is doing it. Can we agree on that?

Those evil guns.

And knives.

One wonders what made THOSE guns go crazy and start shooting while nearly 300 million others in America sit quietly and peacefully. Did they experience a trauma while being manufactured? Did their owners mistreat them?

And what about those knives all around the world that cut people. Are they addicted to blood?

Yeah. Bad steel sure is dangerous…

“Did we go to war in Libya because Sidney Blumenthal had Hillary’s ear?”

Can anybody give any other reason we went to war in Libya?

…well, except to make an example of those who renounce terrorism, give up nuclear aspirations, start investing in infrastructure and the betterment of the citizens, and become generally more cooperative with the global community.

We can’t have that… as it takes a dent out of “defense” profits.

Or those who are rumored to be abandoning the petrodollar. Might be a lot more wars coming by that metric……..

Benghazi Families Denounce GOP Tasteless Anti-Hillary Ad
GOP using Benghazi dead(US Navy SEALs) to attack Hillary
Why isn’t FoxNOTnews all over this? What if the dems used servicethemselfmembers to attack Jeb Bush etc…? FoxNOTnews would be there 😐
http://www.alan.com/2015/10/20/benghazi-families-denounce-tasteless-anti-hillary-ad/
“Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, former US Navy SEALs who were killed fighting off the 2012 attacks on the Benghazi consulate, have been raised from the grave to attack Hillary Clinton in a new ad by Stop Hillary PAC.

The Political Action Committee has already run afoul of the Federal Election Commission because counsel and treasurer Dan Backer violated a basic prohibition on naming PACs after candidates they do not support, and now its ad has run afoul of the mothers of the deceased.

Backer is among the most shameless advocates of our Citizens United world. His past litigation includes the 2010 Carey v FEC decision which created so-called hybrid PACs, as well as the 2014 McCutcheon v FEC decision, which raised billionaire federal campaign contribution limits above the American median household income.

Reacting to the new ad, Barbara Doherty of Woburn, Massachusetts expressed her displeasure…

…Cheryl Croft Bennett, whose son, Tyrone Woods, died in the attacks, said…

…As usual, Backer – whose self-dealing has been called out more than once – seems quite unconcerned with the feelings of the families of the men he has smeared.

Indeed, he(Dan Backer) dismisses concerns about his exploitative ad with an obtuseness bordering on psychopathy:

Asked if he should have gotten the families’ blessings before using their dead relatives’ images, Backer said: “I wouldn’t have the first clue how to contact them. How do you go about it? Google their names? How do you go about finding people like this?”

Libya was blown up because the Barry wanted that Arab Spring thingamabob to show Muslims aren’t terrorists anymore because Obama personally killed Osama bin Laden. Hence the YouTube kerfuffle after 4 more Americans were killed on another 9/11. The bald-faced lies in the before, during, and after the debate with Mittens.

What we all got was a little different. The jury is still out on whether ISIS was part of Barry’s plan or an unforeseen development. It did apparently erase any good will for Americans and/or Christians in the flyover country between Aleppo and Kashmir. And the Russians and Iranians were right there to pick up the pieces…

Meanwhile, let’s ignore Barry’s Muslim upbringing, Valerie Jarrett’s birthplace, and all those red lines he claims he never drew.
