I thought it was against the law to take photos of females including minors at Haeundae Beach in Busan in S. Korea? The one in the back should try out for the Walking Dead.

It’s a film, the 3 in front are running from the Walking Dead behind them which is why it’s legal for S. Korean media. But, S. Korean immigration ought to get in on the action and make sure they all have an “Entertainment” Visa for if they don’t they’re working illegally. Remember that guy who got kicked out of S. Korea for playing a small part in one of S. Korea’s biggest box office movies(The Monster) ever? How dare he try to cheat the S. Korean people/movie industry for receiving acting $$$ and taking Korrywood(TM) jobs away from S. Koreans.

Some folks yake advantage of the good Korea has to offer. They enjoy it as tourist, guestworker, immigrant, or whatever.
Others don’t.
C’est la vie.
I have a blast every time I get back.
Whereever you go in the world, the rules are the same. Set your expectations appropriately, make friends, and don’t try to be the loser in a Marty Robbins song.

Remember people, it’s ok for Koreans to do things they crap on foreigners for doing, like getting really drunk for example. Unlike everyone else, they are not hypocrites when they do so… please remember their unique situation created by history. This allows them to interpret their cultural norms and apply them in a case-by-case way with regards to foreigners.
For example, EFL teachers are told they are not real teachers by Koreans and according to these same Koreans, they are held to the same standards and rules as real teachers, yet in the eyes of Koreans, they aren’t actually teachers. Thus the, “when in Rome” arguement is used by Koreans when only favorable to them.
Just to be clear, no excuse exists for foreigners breaking the law and said people should be punished.
Soooooo, isn’t there going to be a big scandal over these pics which broke the rules? Will the photographer (foreigh or domestic) ever be brought to justice for breaking Korean law and taking snaps of people on the beach? We have to protect the children do we not?
Wait, they aren’t Korean, so it’s ok, or it’ll will be because there will be some convenient excuse(s) made. Please everyone, you have to understand.
